Hi, I’m Ale Camargo. I’m a Senior Product Designer with a background in visual design, art direction, and storytelling.
I’ve always been interested in how design can make ideas easier to understand, more engaging, and more human. I started my career in visual design and art direction, and over time moved deeper into UX and product design. That combination still shapes the way I work today: I care as much about how an experience works as I do about how it feels.
I specialize in turning complex information, requirements, and workflows into clear digital experiences. My work spans UX/UI, visual design, design systems, prototyping, and product strategy, from understanding the problem and aligning stakeholders to creating the final experience and working closely with developers to bring it to life.
I’m particularly drawn to complex products where there’s a lot to untangle. I enjoy finding the structure within the complexity, establishing strong visual hierarchy, and creating reusable patterns and systems that make products more consistent and easier to use, without making them feel generic.
I believe good design comes from curiosity, empathy, collaboration, and asking the right questions. I use everything from journey maps and diagrams to prototypes and visual exploration to help teams see problems more clearly and make better decisions.
Outside of product design, I’m an artist. I paint, illustrate, and make things with my hands. That part of my life keeps me experimenting, observing, and thinking visually—and it inevitably finds its way back into how I approach digital design.
